PLEASE READ PAYMENT AND LODGING INFORMATION:

Tuition:
20 day workshop, $2200 ($850 deposit)
15 day workshop, $1650 ($650 deposit)
10 day workshop, $1150 ($500 deposit)
5 day workshop, $600 ($300 deposit)
3 day workshop, $330 (balance in full due upon registration)

Payment:
Deposits due upon registration.
Payment in full due by April 1, 2010.

Workshop Refunds:
Deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancel before May 1, 40% refund.
Cancel after May 1 but more than 5 business days before workshop starts, credit for 1 yr. (minus the deposit)
Cancel less than 5 days before start date, no refund.
If GCA cancels workshop, refund is 100%.

Forms of Payment:
Credit cards, checks and cash accepted.

Credit Card:
To pay by credit card, there is an additional 3% processing fee.

Checks:
