Tour/Visit

We strongly encourage all prospective students to visit the GCA before applying. By touring the school, or taking a class, prospectives will see the studios in action, and be able to talk to students and teachers. This experience is a great way to fully understand the environment and pedagogy to be expected in a four year commitment.

Fall Admission

Applications for September admission to the
Water Street Atelier are due by April 1.
Notification by May 1.

Rolling Admission

Applications submitted after April 1 will be
considered as space allows.

Once your application has passed review by the Admissions Committee, you will be invited to interview with two faculty members. A third, final interview is with Director, Jacob Collins. We prefer that candidates interview in person. Phone interviews may possibly be arranged by special request. We are happy to answer your questions!
