Travis Schlaht (b. 1975) is a graduate of The University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA., where he also starred on the school's basketball team. After graduation, he moved to New York and became affiliated with the Water Street Atelier and blossomed as a painter under the mentorship of the Atelier's founder and leader, Jacob Collins. Schlaht's work covers the gamut: rich still lives, figures, florals, and landscapes. He has exhibited in San Francisco, CA; Houston, TX; Sag Harbor, NY; Alexandria, VA; and New York, NY.
